Set your recurring work on autopilot
Release notes for Set your recurring work on autopilot.
July 2026
Some of what you do every day repeats — but it still needs a brain each time: reading through chats, deciding what matters, pulling it together. Routines hand exactly that to Perisclaw. Describe it once, and it runs on a schedule and reports back.
Just say what you want
Open the new Routines page — or just tell Perisclaw in your self-chat — in plain words: "every weekday at 8am, send me my calendar agenda," or "every Friday at 5pm, summarize what I missed in my active groups." It works out what to look at, what to do, and when to run, then confirms the plan before it goes live.
It thinks each time it runs
Unlike a fixed reminder, a routine reviews things in real time — the last 24 hours, the past week, whatever window you set — and acts on what it actually finds. It works across WhatsApp and your connected apps: surfacing a chat, drafting an email, summarizing a group, checking your calendar or inbox.
Recipes to steal
Not sure where to start? The Routines page has ready-made ideas — a morning meal plan voice-noted to your cook, medicine and bill reminders, a daily agenda, a weekly group digest, an inbox summary, a follow-up chaser. Tap one and tweak it.
Yours to change anytime
List, edit, pause, or cancel any routine whenever things change. Scope one to a label — "review my client chats" — and it stays accurate as chats come and go.
