The exact price and currency appear before you pay. - New checkouts currently use card payment. - Existing INR, UPI, prepaid, and active mandate arrangements keep their current terms unless you change the plan. - Your dashboard Billing screen remains the source of truth. ### Aug 22 — New — Clearer INR pricing and more payment choices Customers in India gained localized INR pricing, monthly UPI AutoPay, and prepaid annual checkout by UPI or card. Account removal also gained a safer cancellation check before destructive action. **Info: Checkout changed on Aug 25** New checkout is temporarily card-only while Adaptive Pricing presents eligible local currencies. Existing UPI and prepaid arrangements are unchanged. ### Aug 21 — Improved — Faster answers and cleaner follow-through Perisclaw now loads less unrelated context into each request and brings in specialized instructions only when they are needed. Everyday replies feel faster while still using the relevant history. - Commitment tracking and daily digests are less likely to repeat handled work. Review them in{' '} [Permissions](/permissions-and-access). - Connected-client controls are clearer when external access changes. ### Aug 15 — Improved — v0.7.4 · More control and safer actions Perisclaw carries less stale context into a new request, verifies calendar times after creating an event, and asks for a clear confirmation before one request reaches more than five chats. - Completed search results are removed after they have done their job. - Ambiguous calendar times are rejected instead of guessed. Perisclaw gives saved items useful titles, files them into folders, and links related notes so you can browse or retrieve them later. - Browse connected knowledge from the [Wiki](/personal-wiki). - Review what autonomous chat work can do from [ Permissions](/permissions-and-access). - Persistent reminders can continue until you confirm they are done. > **Try this:** Save these links to my wiki and tell me what they connect to. ### Jul 5 — Improved — v0.6.1 · More connection capacity Perisclaw added server capacity after a connection backlog, so customers who had been unable to link WhatsApp could try again. This release did not add a new product capability. ### Jul 4 — New — v0.6.0 · Recurring work on autopilot Routines (now called [Automations](/automations)) made it possible to describe recurring work once and let Perisclaw run it on a schedule. - Review, pause, skip, edit, or remove scheduled work from the dashboard. - Start from ready-made examples for agendas, digests, and reminders. - Morning digests became more selective about unresolved work. > **Try this:** Every evening at 6pm, list the chats I haven't replied to so I can follow up. ## June 2026 ### Jun 27 — New — v0.5.0 · Wiki, Tasks, and custom skills Perisclaw added three places for work that should outlive a conversation: saved knowledge, commitments, and instructions you teach your assistant. - Save a message to your [personal wiki](/personal-wiki) by asking Perisclaw or reacting with a paperclip. - Review what you owe and what you are waiting on from [ Tasks](/track-commitments-and-tasks). - Teach repeatable behavior with [custom skills](/custom-skills). ### Jun 22 — New — v0.4.0 · Apps and MCP connections Perisclaw expanded beyond WhatsApp by connecting to other tools and by making your permitted WhatsApp context available to supported AI clients. - Connect and manage services from [Apps](/connecting-apps). - Use more than one Google account for work and personal information. - Connect Claude and other clients through the [ Perisclaw MCP server](/mcp-server) with the access level you choose. ### Jun 2 — Improved — v0.3.0 · More dependable everyday work This release focused on reliability: cleaner digests, reminders with retries, steadier reconnects, and tighter write controls for autonomous work. - Handled items stopped returning as new work in later digests. - Background work recovered more cleanly after an interruption. - `/stop` , `/ignore` , and `/restart` gave you direct control from WhatsApp. ## April 2026 ### Apr 27 — New — v0.2.0 · Persistent chat sessions and contact memory Perisclaw learned to stay with a conversation for a bounded period and to remember useful facts about the people you speak with. - Use `/claw` to watch a permitted chat until a goal is complete or a time window ends. - Choose whether it replies as you or identifies itself as Perisclaw. - Save contact details such as roles, birthdays, and communication preferences. > **Try this:** /claw stay on this chat until Raj confirms the time, then ping me. ### Apr 12 — New — v0.1.0 · Digests, notifications, and triggers The first recorded Perisclaw update made the assistant more proactive without requiring you to keep checking WhatsApp. - Daily digests focused more clearly on relevant work across chats. - The web app could send push notifications for important updates. - Message triggers could run a simple action when a condition matched. - Talk added a live voice conversation with your assistant. **Info: How this archive is maintained** Entries come from published releases.
